On October 17, there was a letter (attached) sent to *** *** giving instructions on her move out. The paragraph that states that *** *** *** (***) is to be contacted regarding any past balance due after moving out is circled. There are two phone numbers
given in order to contact ***.The move-out charges are as follows:Two crisper drawers in the refrigerator missing (photo attached) - $each for a total of $152.Additional carpet cleaning fee per bid (bid is attached) - Total of bid was $but we only charged $for deodorizing the carpet and a bleach spot.A total of $is due for move out charges.If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me

I am rejecting this response because: My lease was for months and I was barely there as I took every opportunity to get away from that place. Additionally, all my furniture was put into storage because the apartment complex failed to clarify that the "ground level" is actually down a rickety set of stairs, which my furniture would not fit through. Any wear is probably due to the decomposing bugs that were always present upon my return. This apartment complex has a chronic bug infestation that they fail to address. I had submitted a request for them to spray for bugs, which they said they did, but the bugs (spiders, beetles, etc) continued to show up inside the apartment. However, I felt sick after returning to the apartment after they had treated for pests. Because of this, I was concerned with them putting down additional chemicals. I purchased *** *** *** *** from the hardware store and repeatedly sprayed per the directions on the container, using nearly a full gallons of the bug killer in months, and yet the bug issue persisted

I am rejecting this response because: the apartment was left in better condition then when I first moved in.  There were never any crisper drawers in the refrigerator.  Plenty of spider webs, spiders, and other bugs, but no crisper drawers.  Also, there was NO additional wear on the carpet as I barely lived there.  Due to horrible condition of the apartment when I first got the keys, all my furniture was sent to storage.  The business has failed to provide any substantiation of their claims.
