Pavecraft Paving and Masonry

Service was not performed as originally agreed and promised. Was assured asphalt driveway would have a stone base as I requested, and not provided. Unfortunately, contract reads "add stone where needed",which I did not realize. When I questioned why stone was not being used over entire driveway, contractor stated " there was no room" to lay stone. Work was completed and I paid as per contract. After further research, I contacted contractor, and expressed my displeasure and requested a % of my money be refunded, as the price I agreed to was based on what I was promised. I received irate text messages in response. I also had a paver sidewalk installed. The pavers have already begun to lose color, which is not suppose to happen with Cambridge pavers (just noticed today) All work was completed 2 weeks ago.

They have worked on our driveway last year in August 2018, They promised me if there is any issues with the driveway within a year they will come and fix it. The driveway pave is getting apart. I have contacted them 2 times so far every time they say that they will come in a week or two but they don't show up and ask me to call back. I am assuming they just want to end the contract because it only 2 months left and after they will say the contact has ended and can't fix it.
