Review: Company hired was paid ($3000.00) following completion of services performed. I was given a two year guarantee on work performed. Approximately sixty days following job completion the driveway developed a large pothole , compression and bulge in driveway surface. I contacted the company who sent a repairman to investigate. Repairman came and investigated and stated to me the entire driveway was of substandard quality based on his years of repair work for this company. I asked him to not do the repair and I would contact the company. I spoke with Mr. [redacted], and he and I both became verbally irritated with each other. Pursuant to Mr. [redacted]'s request I agreed to wait until the first of August to allow him to finish several large jobs he was doing. Following the phone call over the nest few weeks and months the driveway has now developed multiple long( 30 to 40 Feet in length)cracks. I have made many, many attempts to contact the company by phone and they by their action ( absolutely no response) have shown no intent to attempt to resolve the dispute. Today following several hours of effort on the internet I found a website for the company. I sent an email response to Mr. [redacted]. I explained the actions since hiring for services up to today's action. I pleaded for him to contact me so this could be resolved. I explained I was a retired veteran on limited income and can't afford to replace or repair the driveway. I am hopeful for a positive response soon.Desired Settlement: I now have no faith in this contractor based on his performance to either repair or replace the driveway with quality workmanship. Therefore, I desire to have my purchase price refunded in total to me and end this business relationship. The refund would then allow me the funds to have a new driveway installed.
