Review: we bought a new construction house from this builder. the house is under 1 year warranty. We had a home inspection this April, and was told that one of the wall outlet was not grounded, which violates the connecticut law. We contact the builder to fix it, was told many times that the electrician is coming, but it is been 2 months and still no one came and not fixed. The company need to send some one to fix it.

[redacted]'s home was purchased from Pavarella Enterprizes LLC not [redacted] Pavarella Enterprizes LLC is owned by the same person that owns [redacted] and other entities. Upon notification to our Office of the Outlet Issue, we had the Electrician at the home within One Hour to rectify the Issue. The Electrician found that the outlet was wired Reverse Polarized. The wires were then reconected with the correct Polarization and the Issue was fixed. The Homeowner was satisfied and happy with the quick responce and repair.
