I did not return *** *** ***' call because I was on a trip Sunday July 13th. The office was closed on Monday, July 14th because I had to clean up and put away my equipment from the over hundred people I had going to different cities from that past weekend. Page will show you that I had returned her *** message the very next day and again two days afterI also talked to her personally the first day that I returned to the office.
When I spoke with ***, she started to tell me about the restroom smell and no toilet paper, or sanitizer. She never once did mentioned on the phone, via e-mail or via *** that she asked the driver for additional toilet paper, sanitizer or about the smellThey always have extra supply of toilet paper and if that particular driver didn't there were other drivers that may have had extra toilet paper. NOT ONCE did they bring this up to me at the event or tailgate party which lasted from 10am-6:pm. Not one mention of no toilet paper or sanitizer. No MENTION OF THE RESTROOM SMELLING AT ALL during this time (10am-6:30pm). If anyone had mentioned it to the driver or me I would have been able maybe do something before they left the festival (ieget a cleaning company, or anything). There was a game that we played at the tailgate party called hut hut hikeWhere selected guests throw a roll of toilet paper threw a hola hoop to win prizes. There were rolls of paper being thrown aroundWhy didn't they grab one or say hey we need that?
When I spoke with *** I explained that I CAN NOT control who uses the restroom, how much they used the restroom and if they do a #or #in the restroom. We ask people to only use the restroom for a #in the case of an emergency. It's a tube and what is put in the restroom stays with everyoneWhen it is hot it can get very smellyI told her I was sorry that she had to endure that kind of smell and that I have been on buses where someone did a #and I know how she felt. It's something that is out of my control completelyI asked her if she enjoyed the festival and she said yesI asked her she enjoyed the tailgate party and she said it was just ok because there was no vegetarian foodI explained that I had tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, cheese and rigatonis. She said there was meat in the pastaI said there was no meat, she said yes there wasI said I made the pasta and there was no meat in it at allShe began to get a little rude and I did get a little rude back. Page 2, 3, 4, & 5 will show you that *** ***, ***'s friend, was posting bad reviews on my *** page ands making comments on my posts to not use me before I even spoke with ***I never even spoke to *** *** or *** *** personally*** *** has since deleted it, but she commented on my *** post and I quote "IF YOU KNEW THERE WAS GOING TO BE A MESS WHY OFFER THE SERVICE?" Again she deleted it since, but you can see other people's response to her post and minePlease tell me how I can predict there will be a mess?
They are also blaming me for the loss of their wineI explained that with over people and everyone drinking they could have possibly took the wrong wine or maybe they didn't pick their wine up or they put it on the wrong bus. I had all of the above happen over the course of yearsThere is no way we can control any of thisIt is impossible to police that many people and that is why we tell everyone to pay attention and label your purchases(Please see attached)
They complained about the stops on the way to and from the winefestI have had the same itinerary for years and it is on my website all the time. I told *** that I can discount next years trip and put them on a Wilkes-Barre Only bus so they get home faster next yearI tried being nice and making things right, but she didn't want to hear it.
This could possibly have been avoided if they had mentioned the no toilet paper or smelly restroom to me from 10am-6:30pm that day. Also in their own comments they never mentioned anything to the driver either. These ladies are on *** saying they want the health department to shut me downSeriously! For something I didn't even know about and for a bus I don't even own and for something that is completely out of my control.
Lastly, I explained to all these ladies that this is my livelihood and I take it very seriously and that this business supports me, *** and our two young children. I have had enough with this gangs harmful and damaging attacks and I am meeting with my lawyers tomorrow to consider legal action
