business. They did not put anything on the floor before bringing in refrigerator which ensued in scratching and gouging the wood. Also the refrigerator was scratched and dented. [redacted] has repeatedly refused to answer any of my calls or pay for the damage to the floor. He initiated the call to the flooring company to call me and schedule the refinishing of the floor. I was finally able (after 7 months) to get Paul's to pay for the floor since [redacted] was their agent. I just want others to know that [redacted] from [redacted] is a dishonest, sleazy business man and not to do any business with him. It will not be a good experience!
Review: Re: Complaint #[redacted] was closed due to information only. That was my original intent to report bad business practices by Paul's. It has since come to my attention that the business they hired to deliver my refrigerator has not paid for the damage they did to my wood floor. Since [redacted] is an agent of Paul's, they need to step up and take care of the damage. I have tried to get them to take some responsibility and have not gotten any satisfaction. They insist it is [redacted] problem, but no one from [redacted] will answer my calls or the company ([redacted])who refinished the floor. Shouldn't Paul's have insurance for something like this? The refrigerator was also scratched and when I spoke to a man named [redacted] or [redacted] from Paul's, he said he would take care of this and call me back. As of today, Sept. 25, it has not been taken care of nor have I received a call. The refrigerator was purchased the end of March 2014 and the work on the floor was done in April. I have done everything I need to do in good faith. I bought a refrigerator and am paying over the amount due each month. This is plain bad business and ridiculous to have gone on this long and no one from Paul's seems to want to resolve it.

I gave him 150.00 cash and A post dated check in order to keep my tv these monies were to be used for me to get to my sister dying in Jackson Mississippi.
I had already given Pauls Tv Repair 55 dollars for a estimate to find out what the TV needs and the amount for repair.Desired Settlement: Give me back my money under supervisiojn for hte part he purchased 169. and put the 50.00 part in that I asked to begin with.
