Paul's Remodeling owner Paul Ault

He did a few small jobs, done pretty well and I gave him a chance to do a major remodeling job. He demanded full payment up front when MA Law says 1/3 to start, 1/3 half way and 1/3 at end of job. I only found out about the 1/3 payment schedule after he left the unit destroyed. He demolished the unit and was never back on site again. He is a lying thief, and do not ever use pal ault for any work.

I signed a contract with [redacted] of [redacted]'s Remodeling 16 Ericsson Street Worcester Ma XXXXX for work in my home. I paid [redacted] $1100.00 for labor and job material. [redacted] worked 3 1/2 hours after 28 days. He left the job barely started with his tools and ladders abandoned in my living room. I attempted to contact [redacted] on his phone XXX-XXX-XXXX, all calls go straight to voicemail. [redacted] had a lot of excuses about why the job wasn't returned to and completed. After almost 16 days of not returning to the job, or communicating with me , I got tired of my attempts to communicate with [redacted]. Fraudulently collecting the deposit for the painting/handyman services and failing to deliver the services in spite of repeated requestsI signed a contract with [redacted] of Paul's Remodeling [redacted] Street Worcester Ma XXXXX for painting my home. I paid [redacted] $1600.00 for labor and job material. [redacted] promised to start the work next day and never did and started giving one excuse after the other. One of his men came for a day and did some power washing. He left the job barely started with his tools and ladders abandoned in my lawn and the garage. I attempted to contact [redacted] on his phone XXX XXX XXXX, all calls go straight to voicemail. [redacted] had a lot of excuses about why the job wasn't completed. After almost 16 days of giving one excuse after the other, he said that he cannot do the job abd wanted 10 days to return my deposit, On the 10th day he never showed up to return the deposit. I got tired of my attempts to communicate with [redacted].
