Review: On 9-28-13, I purchased 2 bottles of wine for $17.18 at Paul’s Liquor. When I received my VISA bill I had been billed on 9-28-13 for $17.18 and also one on 9-29-13 for $17.18. When I called the owner on about 11-8-13, he said he had to check with his bookkeeper in Santa Barbara to see the receipts. A week later I called him again and he said he would call as soon as he found out. As of 11-18-13 I have not heard from him.Desired Settlement: That he refund my $17.18. I called VISA and they would check on it.
