Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning installed a furnace in my home this winter. They took 2 full days to install a small unit(my home is 1400 square feet). One of the installers was on his phone most of the time. He had to charge his phone while on the job because he used up all of his battery. He also didn't wear gloves while cutting the sheet metal and cut himself leaving blood all over my floor, bathroom sink and vanity. He reeked of smoke and alcohol. He was sent to the truck several times to get a part and came back without the part. The basement was filthy when they left. They sent in an an electrician because they couldn't get the wiring to the new thermostat they installed to work (for an additional charge). When I went to use my central air unit this spring, it wouldn't turn on. It just so happens it's the same wiring. I called Paul's to fix it and they wanted to charge me $300 to install a new wire. I said forget it, they broke it in the first place and I'd call someone else. I had Four Seasons come in and install a new unit. When they removed the plenum to install the new A/C coil unit, they noticed that Paul's didn't install a new pan for unit when they replaced the plenum for the furnace and left the A/C coil unit hanging by a wire (knotted to the outside of the plenum) - with no support.
