Merchandise not received even though paid in full. Order placed 2/15.
Suits ordered on 2/15 with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks-no suits received even though it is now June. Business now says another 10-14 weeks.
As emails are being returned, I am concerned this business is going out of business. I want a full refund.

Mr. is an old customer now for several years.
Our company policy is that once order is placed it can't be cancel or refunded(customer as sign order sheet),this are made to order and it does take time to complete.
The delay is due to my sickness(letter by the hospital and surgeon will be forwarded for details.
Please advice as how to proceed with this matter asap.
I did call Mr. and told him the situation and don's understand why he has informed Revdex.com.

Please be advice that my credit card company that is Paypal has already disputed the charges since May 25th 2019.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Told that suits would be ready 4-6 weeks from 2/15. (I have the delivery commitment which I can send) Now told suits would take 10-12 weeks from last week. Obviously, the order has not been placed in Hong Kong. I am concerned that I will never receive the suits. I have three bounceback messages from the emails and also the promise from the business to call back. I am concerned that the business is going under. Please let me know how I can submit attachments.

I receive all my emails and all have been responded,perhaps there was a problem on Mr. email and got bounced.
As per returning phone , I am under treatment and perhaps I did not reply that day.
I always return my phone calls,customers are very important to me.
Paypal refund for Mr. *** is in process scheduled to be resolved on June 29th.

Called three times. I only got a response on the 4th try after several days. I have proof that the email was down for an extended period. That being said, if I get a refund, I am satisfied. However, I need to receive the refund before I am satisfied. Unfortunately, this business has a history of not keeping its commitments.
