Paul's Cement Work

Review: Paul's Cement Work competed a concrete job on 5/8/13 & received payment in full on 5/9/13. However the product was defective as the concrete has spots/uneven discoloration. When initially asked about the discoloration Paul indicated that the concrete needed to dry. I have spoken to Paul numerous times over the past 30 days however the problem still has not been resolved. He has made several promises to complete the job however has not honored his commitment. Photo are available upon request.Desired Settlement: Full CASH refund or cashiers check for $1,750 as Paul received a check on 5/9/13 that was cashed on 5/10/13. This job has to be completely redone by another contractor. I do not trust a check from Paul has he has not demonstrated honor or integrity.

Review: had a new pavement, back yard and exterior walls done. Cracks developed in all.

repeated calls were not returned. finally Paul said he would repair but the summer weather was not optimal and would be done in September. After being put off for months he never honored his word and fixed the cracks.

There is a crack running across my entire yard and many cracks on the wall.Desired Settlement: The cracks should be repaired and in a manner that blends in well.
