Paul's Car Wash and Lube Center

Review: The wheels of my car has been damaged during the car wash and I strongly believe Paul's Car Wash is liable for the damages. The following is my reasoning:-Large traces of dark residues (composed of grease and dirt) remain on top of the damaged portion of the wheel after the car was washed. oImplication: the damage took place either during the automated or post-automation touch up process of the car wash. o If the damage was done before I entered the car wash all the dirt and grease should have been washed away during the cleaning process.-The undulation on the edge of unprotected, bare-metal driver side rail (approximately 2.5ft) closely matches the damage pattern on my wheels.- A matching metal and silver paint that belongs to my wheels has been found on the surface of the bare-metal rail mentioned above. All other portion of the rail, except this portion has been covered with protected with plastic guard to prevent wheel damage.-According to the owner he chose not to repair the unprotected portion because it is cost prohibitive and hinders with their personal working method. oThis is a sign of negligence for he did not follow the proper usage and maintenance of his equipment as specified by the equipment manufacturer in order to validate the reliability of his washing process.Desired Settlement: Paul's car wash is responsible for the cost of repair of my wheels.
