Paul's Bakery

Review: I ordered a cake on March 27th, 2013 and was billed $31.45 that same day from Paul's Bakery. The person that I spoke with told me that if I need to cancel I can go ahead and call 24 hours before the pick up time of the cake and I can get my refund. My pick up time was for after 10am on March 30th. The birthday I was going to on March 30th got canceled so I called Paul's Bakery on March 29th early in the morning to cancel my order. The person I spoke with said that I have a choice of a gift card or a refund and I told him that I wanted a refund. It has been two weeks and I have not gotten my refund back. I called Paul's Bakery again on April 2nd and asked about my refund. The lady I spoke with was too busy to help me so she told me that she would call me back. I never got a call back.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund back.
