We hired Paulinos home improvement to do a tear off and shingle replacement in April of 2015.
We had nothing but a great experience with this contractor. Paulino himself was very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. We set a date to start the project and he was here with a crew that exact morning at 7 a.m. Paulino and his crew were very courteous and respectful to my wife while I was at work and they were working on the roof. Also very nice to our neighbors. There was no shouting , swearing or horseplay going on while his crew was here like you see with a lot of different contractors.
Paulino did everything that was promised in the contract. Tear off , roof vents , underlayment, gutter reinforcement and the clean up was outstanding. The areas around my house were cleaner after they were done then before they started. Also the entire project was complete in only 3 days.
There was no surprise additional costs or any hassle dealing with this contractor.
I would highly recommend Paulinos Home Improvement.

Paulino’s Home Improvement arrived promptly with a crew of four. Each had his own skill set and assigned tasks. Job was done in about three hours. Paulino was present before, during and after.
