This customer unfortuantely received the incorrect color due to a warehouse picking error. We apologized and offered to replace it with the correct color once additional inventory arrives but we did not receive a response to our offer. The claim that the unit did not have a gyro is not
accurate and in our most recent email we gave him instructions on how to test and verify it but again, no response. We offer numerous versions of similar looking items but with different features & benefits (range, battery, receiver, sound, gyro, etc) and corresponding differences in price points

We've already authorized the return, he just contacted us this week with the problem.
