According to Ohio Law, you cannot make up a price or not have a price listedWhen quoting the price to TOW the company stated to myself miles minimum at $a mileI tried to go along with the company pricing listedEven the cop operating the scene was confused about the give and take price of $It is still extortion when threatening to take a vehicle and pushing the priceI only declined the services when the TOW company was not a authorized Triple AAA member, that I had requested from the copI negotiated a price the company quoted me at $and the company refused just to have the man to leaveI feel he acted without integrity and he ultimately had the decision to do the right thingI am looking for a full refund and will continue to escalate the situation

December 4, To Whom it May Concern: Robert WPauley was called to a accident on 9/13/in WCH, I was on my way to tow a car from Wilmington, I had to call my customer and tell him I had a State Patrol call which was over miles to the accidentWhen I got there the driver changed
his mind and had called AAATo be fair with everything since the driver changed his mind for us to not to tow his vehicle I charged him $for showing up since he said for the State Patrolman to call next one on the list of wrecker driversThen he got upset starting cussing me out in front of my wife and the state patrolmanIn view of Pauley's Towing we feel we did nothing wrong and wish this matter taken off of the record at the Revdex.comThank you Pauley's Towing
