Thank you for bringing to my attention the complaint filed by Mr*** ***. Our records showed we left him a message on Sept6, and he never responded, we contacted him today and he agreed to let us come out today. The repairs were made and we waived the labor fee for it being out
of warranty. I assured him that any further issues would be handled in a timely manner. Thank you for resolving this matter and maintaining a happy customer

I am writing in response to complaint ***. The customer has been contacted, and the matter has been resolved. The customer had a repair issue and the biggest hold up was waiting on the part. The customer tried contacting us during our store remodel and our phones were in and
