sent wrecker service to have vehicle towed to [redacted]. [redacted] determined engine had seized and needed to be replaced.Mr. [redacted] purchased extended service contract that covered up to $3,000 on engine repairs. Replacement of engine was more than $3,000, however, Roberts Brothers reached out and negotiated a reduced cost on parts and labor which as far as Roberts Brothers knows Mr. [redacted] did not respond to [redacted] regarding the total amount of parts and repairs.Mr. [redacted] called Roberts Brothers and requested full refund on purchase on transaction. Robert Brothers denied request. Roberts Brothers has executed and met all obligations stated and signed on paper work regarding purchase of 2009 Saturn Outlook.Mr. [redacted] contacted an attorney and told our business manager [redacted] “His attorney said Roberts Brothers had no further obligations” as per his attorney.If we can help Mr. [redacted] with advice on getting his vehicle repaired as inexpensively as possible we would be glad to assist, however, a refund is not possible.Thank You[redacted]
