I am rejecting this response because: I was up very early at that hour to make the two-hour drive back to San Antonio to catch my flight back to ArizonaI had no time to wait around for the overnight clerk, the only employee on duty at that hour, to go back up to the room to launch a so-called investigation into the bed bug problem We all know that the employee would not discover or acknowledge a bed bug problem, for obvious reasons So, I guess I am left with no choice but to also file a complaint with the local health department in Corpus Christi, since the management and ownership of that Rodeway Inn will never take my complaint seriously
