Paul Schaefer Construction L L C

Review: Mr. amd Mrs. [redacted] built a home with Paul Schaefer constuction in 2007. Approx. 2009 water leakage was found in garage and basement. In 2011 Paul sheafer sent out roofer to spray flexseal in the area of concern. Still finding water leakage Mr [redacted] applied a heat line in the area thinking it was an ice damn. In August of this year there was fungis growing outside the siding ,opened up area and found major water damage behind the wall and behind masonary. After home inspection, with several code violations it was found that there was impropper flashing, no kick out flashing on gutter, and no caulking on masonary work, causing leakage. Paul has been given several oppurtunity to come out and fix this. He states he will come and never delivers. This was sent through ins. and denied.Desired Settlement: Paul comes out and fixes this the correct way at no cost to us, within a reasonable amount of time.
