the complainant has an extended warranty on their washerwe were contracted to service the unitwe have given the warranty company the info for the unit.and they have reassigned the claim to a different service providerwe are the middle man so to speak

The warranty company claims that they send the information to the repair company, which has told me that they would come out multiple timesAt this point, I can only assume that I am being given the run around here, and that the two companies are protecting each other
