Paul Mitchell the School North Haven

Review: I began attending the Paul Mitchell's School January of 2013. I attended roughly five weeks before I suffered a traumatic dislocation of my right hip replacement. Upon expressing my situation to the Paul Mitchell's school in [redacted] director/owner [redacted], I was under an understanding that I was able to restart immediately after my recovery without penalty as I underwent emergency surgery to explant the pinnacle hip prosthesis which caused me to suffer from chronic dislocation and metalosis. In May of 2013 I had my surgery. It was only 3 weeks later when I first received phone calls from credit agencies and collectors regarding a payment conflict. I was under the false pretense that my schooling would be reinstated mid September. The school refused to honor their disability clause after I became seriously disabled. In any event my credit has been damaged as a result of the report to the credit agency.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter taken off of my credit report and erased from public viewing. I also feel that the school has dragged my name through the mud, and I paid them for it. Since then I haven't been able to be approved for apartment rentals, credit cards, jobs. They have caused a seriously financial disaster. It was a waste of my time, my tuition, and my education. Especially when I am trying to continue my education while suffering from a life long disability.
