Our Insurance carrier is working on this The complainant does not understand that once this was turned over to our Insurance carrier, it is out of our hands She seems to think this will be resolved immediately We are at the mercy now of our carrier.
We have tried
to settle with her, and she refused We have pictures of her hair that are different from hers and question her claim Her representation here, is one of having the expectation that an insurance company will take care of her claim in a day or two not understanding there has to be due process

Thank you for providing me this complaint from a former student Although we cannot disclose exact details of this student's enrollment details, due to the federal FERPA regulation, we will reach out to the student in regards to her request to Official Transcripts We will also
investigate the claim of being denied transcripts, which goes against our practices and goals of assisting withdrawn students their objective of graduating from a cosmetology school
We will email the student in order to document the communication and attempt to provide immediate resolution to her challenges
