Review: MY VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP FROM MY HOME DUE TO A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BEING ON. THE TRANSPORTER OF THE CAR DAMAGED THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY CAR. THE CAR IS A 2011 BENTLEY GTC SPORT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP SEVERAL TIMES, AND WROTE AN EMAIL TO ED KOPEC, AND THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLY. THE TRANSPORTER DENIES IT, HOWEVER, THE DAMAGE WAS NOT BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION BEFORE THE CAR WAS TAKEN FROM OUR HOUSE. WE DID NOT HAVE DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT SIDE WHATSOEVER. THE TRANSPORTER MAY HAVE NOT REALIZED HE DID THE DAMAGE, BUT THE DAMAGE BY THE BENTLEY TRANSPORTER WAS HIS FAULT NONETHELESS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE [redacted] BENTLEY TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE TRANSPORTER.

I hope you had a Great Holiday! Thank you for your help last week putting the complaint (#[redacted]) on a 7 day hold for us. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] on December 24, 2013 and reiterated my position that the damage on his vehicle was there prior to our Contracted Independent Transporter moving the vehicle. I advised that because he is a valued [redacted] Customer we would repair the damage in question as a “Goodwill” gesture. We have set an appointment to repair the week of 1/6/14. Mr. was very appreciative of our consideration and expressed that he would contact your office to rescind the complaint. If you could please call or email to confirm when the complaint is rescinded.
