While waiting for approval, salesperson asked about insurance and the customer called his ex-wife because the insurance was in her name. The finance manager then came to the salespersons desk where the customer was waiting and informed him that his credit application had been declined. We cannot resolve this complaint because the customer does not qualify for the needed credit.
