I purchased a home insurance policy from [redacted] Insurance Agent MrPaul M*** The policy was for a property located in [redacted] ***; policy underwriter, policy number and coverage are as follow 1) Underwriter: Truck Insurance Exchange, 2) Policy Number: [redacted] *) Coverage Period: JUL 12:01AM to JUL 12:AM In November 2016, I cancelled this policy and purchased another one instead [redacted] Policy Number [redacted] ), also from MrPaul M*** At the time of both transactions, which took place on NOV 16, MrM [redacted] advised that the Truck Insurance Exchange policy was cancelled effective NOV and that a prorated refund in the amount of $shall be mailed within a few weeks As APR 17, the refund is still not received I have contacted MrM [redacted] a number of times since NOV 16, advising of the missing refund and was promised / confirmed that the refund has been sent, but nothing has materialized
