The history of this is: Customer purchased a cemetery marker to match her deceasedhusbands Veteran Marker-I advised her not to do it because it would be hardto get the last date plate of her death and it would have to be screwed on making it easy tosteal. She bought it anyway (wanted to be
sure she had a bronze plaque like herhusbands VA marker and not a less expensive granite one that her son might buy)Aprilof 2003, she prepaid her funeral and had me put aside money to purchase a date plate (soher son wouldn't have to pay for it).Now this June, her son contacted me that it was not doneI told him I would getright on itAfter her death in I had given the order to a third party that doesbronze marker (I can not make them myself)I can not locate them, they are either outof business or merged with another companyThey apparently didn't do the job ofwhich I am sorry.I found a new supplier, sent them sizes and photos of what was neededTheysent a sales repto check it outHe measured, photographed and did rubbing for theplaque, this all took timeA few weeks ago, the son showed up againI reassured himthat company had been out and measured etcThe next day I contacted the companyrep., I was given a delivery date of "by October 24"I asked that they try to speed it upbecause the customer was angryThe son again appeared about a week later (onSeptember 19th") and was told that I expected it before October 24th or earlier, (he mustof thought I could magicial pull it out of a hat) He was unwilling to talk about anythingor hear anything. So the next day (September 20th ) he contacted youI did everything I could dotry to resolve this situation, don't know what else I could have done. But the good news is that on Friday (September 23rd) at a little after PM Fed-Xdelivered the date plateIt was placed in the cemetery between and 5:on the sameday.I believe it is the Revdex.com duty to notify him, his complaint makesyou his agent as far as I am concernedIf he has any question and ran be civil about it hecan contact me directlyI will also show this letter to some to the people he has badmouthedabout me toThey will know his name which you do not allow me to use in thisletter.Thank you, I hope this resolves this matter.Sincerely,Paul LMurphyManager
