I have had nothing but positive experiences with Eanes Heating and Air ConditioningThis morning I had no heat I called Eanes, and a technician was scheduled to come out within four hours The tech, Jeff C, called shortly and said he was on his wayHe checked my system and isolated the problem to the thermostatHe then installed a new thermostat and took me through the steps to program it I am always reassured with the thoroughness and professionalism of the techsIn this case, I would like to add patience to that list Jeff did not leave until I was comfortable with the new thermostat and understood how to program and operate it

The Eanes heating and air conditioning company has been servicing our Carrier units for many years and their team of technicians have always done a great job They have all been very prompt, professional and courteous They installed our current Carrier units about years ago and thanks to their twice a year service our two units are still running strong and efficient Most recently Chad has come out to perform the twice annual service He is very competent, professional and thorough

I am very pleased with yesterday's service! David Twas very nice and he moved quickly He was respectful of our home and put foot covers on and I really like that He also mentioned the service plan that I am considering getting at a later time If I ever need another service, I will request David Tspecifically

My bi-annual cheon my heating and air conditioning unit was performed by Chad M*** He was on time and he went about his business in a through manner I stood outside and watched and when he was finished he presented me with a check list of all the services he had preformed and up-dates

Jeff Cfrom Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job fixing our furnace today Called before hand to let me know he was coming, arrived promptly, found the problem, and then fixed it He explained everything clearly before doing the repair, and answered all of my questions I would definitely call them again if needed

as we all know, tempertures have been rising quickly that's when the a/c will go out! a call to eanes heat & ac brought quick relief when *** ( technician) came out quicky we explained we were baby sitting a month old and house temp was going up very quick *** put in a new part and we were back in business againeveryone was coolervery satisfied with the way we were taken care of and the way *** handled the situation
