Paul Gritis Books

Review: money was paid to paul gritis books on february 1 for a book . paul gritis books notified me they recieved money and have mailed book to me on feb 1 . since then I have sent several emails to paul gritis as no book has arrived ( as of february 28 ) all my emails were completely ignored . then today I recieve an email saying they never sent my book despite the fact they specifically told me and the website they sell their books on ( [redacted] ) that they had already mailed book on feb 1 . so I have no book no money . its one thing to make a mistake but this is deliberate fraud as they claimed to have mailed the book . please help me to reach a just and fair resolution as well as to safeguard the general public from such activity .Desired Settlement: please help to safeguard the general public from " paul gritis books " I would like my complaint to be on permanent file as a mere refund will in no way compensate me for the misery , hassle and problems I have incurred ( I needed this book for a project ). I feel its more important to let others know the truth about this agent .
