This company failed to complete a project and responsibly handle damage of property during a home repair. After damaging my property, they refused to adjust billing to cover replacement and attempted to ask me to commit insurance fraud by requesting my personal insurance to cover my property. Since a reasonable solution couldn’t be accomplished, they waited greater than 12 months to create a certificate of completion on the property to close the insurance case. Now they have been calling my home, ex boyfriend, home owners association and sending threatening emails, verbally calling me a “liar” and harassing uninvolved parties, threatening legal action for unfounded claims demanding money with threats of interest, while still not taking responsibility for damaged property.
