Yes I was aware of this issueBack in Oct I was contacted by *** *** about his floor warping and we responded out to take a look at it and found that the shower had been leaking. The shower tile and pan was replaced back in by my tile contractorWe ended up opening walls and seeing
where the shower might be leaking found out it was the membraneTile installer contacted manufacture for a repair suggestionThe repair was complete to the shower and flooring was ordered. When the floor came in the same day that we got a call from *** *** saying that he has filed issues because work was subparThe tile installer was ready to put the floor down since the material was inHe said noDrywall, painting and caulking was completed on Feb1-The flooring is going to go in a a later date because they are going to go with carpet now instead of laminate flooringWhen the laminate flooring came in to replace the flooring that was torn out the new product was wider that this is why he is going to go with carpetI explained to *** *** what ever you want we will do to make this rightHe agreed and will continue working with us.Thank youJohn ** E*** (President)Paul Davis RestorationCruiser Loop SWBremerton, WA
