Review: Jan **, 2014, I had a flood in my basement.The Paul Davis crew came after 2 days to dry the basement. This involved taking 4 rugs to clean. Sometime in early April, I received word that they had all the rugs but one. A silk Persian rug 8x12. [redacted] assured me that they were going to find the rug or reimburse me for it. I gave them enough time to look for it. In early June, 5 months after they took the rug, he told me that they had found the rug, which was then delivered to my house. Unfortunately, it was the wrong rug. It was taken back and since then, they haven't returned my calls. I went to Peykar rugs for them to give me an equally made rug. I made a deposit and submitted the invoice to [redacted] of Paul Davis. The rug was deemed to be $3,476.00. Again, I haven't received any response. In addition, I was told by [redacted] that they had problems with their rug department, thus firing the person in-charge of it. Lost or Stolen?Thank you for taking the time to resolve this.Desired Settlement: $3476.00 to pay for the rug that was lost/stolen.
