Review: Purchased a ring from Paul David Fine Jewelry on 9/26/15 paying by credit card. Delivery was promised within 4 weeks. Have followed up with repeated phone calls and messages and email. To date I have not received the ring, nor a response to my inquiry!Desired Settlement: I want the ring I bought and paid for!

Review: I purchased a watch at the store. When I got it home, it did not work properly, so I packaged it, wrote a letter of explanation, and shipped it back - requesting a credit card refund. The US Postal Service tracked the package and it was delivered to [redacted] Fine Jewelry on June 29. I have not received an acknowledgement of the returned item or a refund to my credit card. I have attempted to contact by telephone and email to follow up, and cannot get a reply.
