Review: [redacted] was contracted to make repairs to my home after a fire. He began work in November 2013 and as of present date has not completed the work. He has received a total of 79,000 dollars. My basement (where the fire started) is incomplete, my kitchen, first floor bathroom are incomplete. The electrical is incomplete, I have hazardous wiring hanging. The heating system is not working. [redacted] refuses to meet with me and refuses to give an accurate accounting of the money. The work that has been completed is at best substandard. Cheap materials and unskilled craftsmen have rendered my home a complete mess. My water meter was stolen while [redacted] worked on my home and he never notified me. Light fixtures were stolen along with several other items.Desired Settlement: I would like an accurate expenditure statement detailing what was spent with receipts and reimbursement of the balance.
