I just read the negative reviews and I totally get it!!!! I applied for a loan on *** as I thought my credit was too poor for anything else. I was approved immediately, but for a very high interest rate. The next day, I receive a call from Mike T the finance manager. He says" I see you were approved for loan. I can get you a better deal, probably around 7%. I needed a vehicle, so I drove to Brockton. I bought a 2008 vehicle. Within four months I knew something was wrong. The vehicle was burning oil, but you don't know it until you have your first oil change.
I purchased the extended warranty, Mike said I wouldn't have to worry about this car for 10 years. Well, the warranty was not worth anything and every 3 months I had to get an oil change, like it or not.
I started doubling up on my car payments to get the POS paid off. I finally paid it off and traded it in. I received a letter from my bank stating I should be due a refund for the warranty and GAP insurance as I paid it off 17 months early. I sent all the paperwork to the dealership and here it is over three months later and no refund.
No one will return my calls. I have finally gotten the AG office involved.
Don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

Paul Clark VW is by far the most unprofessional and flat our rude car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. They sold me a car with tire issues. Those issues were supposed to be addressed before the car was taken off the lot. They simply put a Band-Aid on the problem but did not fix it. When the problem re-occurred they tried to charge me to fix the problem.
My concerns and complaints were take all the way to the owner, Paul Clark. He did nothing to address the problems and allowed his staff to verbally abuse me via email. The Service Department did not want to send an email survey so they changed my email to "***". They thing they didn't know was that email was also tied into my wife's account. So when their automated emails were sent, we could see how they treat their paying customers when insulting them behind their backs. Cowards!!!!
Do not do business with this dealership!!! You will regret it. If being insulted and then ignored is the type of business you wish to do, this is the place you will be happy with.
