Review: Purchased business information packet through the mail.Decided right away I was not interested in the opportunity. As per the guarantee,I sent the materials back well within the 45 days stated for a refund. My check was dated 5/14/2014 for the purchase and the tracking date for delivery of the item returned was 5/24/2014. I have sent a letter by fax as it is the only number I had to contact the individual with my phone number and a copy of the tracking invoice,but no one has ever contacted me. That was on July the 2nd..2014.Desired Settlement: I sent the materials back just as I received them.I did not even try any samples that were included.I want the return of my check minus the shipping cost as stated in the guarantee..49.97-5.97.That comes to 44 dollars even.
