A While ago my fiancé and I contacted Patty Cake Design to make our wedding cakeShe was very professional sounding on the phone & we gave her our card number to put a deposit down on our cakeWe had planned to meet up in June and do a cake tasting, the morning of our tasting she messaged us and said a family emergency has come up & that we can choose to go with a different cake baker if we wanted because this was not our faultWe gave it about a week to decide and she messaged us back and told us that she would still be able to do our cakeDue to lack of communication we chose to go with someone elseShe said she would remburse us our deposit we paid & it has been almost months since this conversationI have messaged her multiple times and am being ignoredThere is no reason for her to keep our money
