Josh's used tires & wheels does have a no refund policyAfter speaking to to the manger *** he recalls assisting her and stated that the tire did have a side wall puncture and it was unable to be repaired and *** and the costumer agreed to purchase a used tires to get her byAll used
tires come with a day warranty as long as it is properly installed(Balanced)The costumer was offered to exchange the tire which was under warranty or Josh's could issue her a store creditShe refused the offerWe are sorry that we could not give her tire back once the tire is taken off the vehicle and replace with a tire it is thrown in for disposal.Josh's used Tires will be more in glad to still offer her the replacement of the tire as long as she is still within the day warranty policy. credit card in at our Cedar Park location and have the the credit refunded back on your card.
