I talked to Michelle B*** for RCI and she acknowledged I am a member with them through *** *** *** I have talked to a lawyer and explained to MrsB*** that the lawyer can't make much sense of the contract with the program as explained to us on each of the conversations I have had with the people at *** *** *** on Nov14, and January 11, The sales sheet does not reflect the contract much at all When talking to MrsB*** she seemed to believe that *** *** *** would work with me She let me know that she called *** *** *** to get this matter solved *** *** *** did contact me on May 17, and they told me that what they got from RCI was that I wanted to cancel my membership and that I wouldn't get any refund. That is not my position at all I want a refund because the terms of conditions outlined in the sales pitch are not at all outlined in the contract at all The money was not outlined in the contract for example They talked about a $dollar fee every other year If we didn't go to their resort then we would get everything back other then $65, which is a maintenance fee If we did go to their property then we wouldn't get anything back That is not outlined at all in the contract In the contract they told us that we could go to other hotels around the world for a week with a fee of $99-$depending on the size of the room That is not outlined in the contract eitherIn the contract there is a fee of $starting on the second year of the contract This fee is supposedly for years but again that is not outlined in the contract This increases the vacation club another $ We were not aware of these fees which increases the total program by over 40% We bought the program for $They also told us there would be annuity part of the bulk of the payment $and we would get the money back after years The annuity part was a lie because the bank they use does not do any annuities under $10, I know this because I talked to the bank several times about it Reading RCI response to me is perplexing because I am a member with them through *** *** *** How could RCI not be culpable when I am only a member with them because of *** *** ***? RCI is associated with *** *** *** that is incompetent at best and scamming customers at worst Regards,*** ***

I talked to Michelle B*** for RCI and she acknowledged I am a member with them through *** *** *** I have talked to a lawyer and explained to MrsB*** that the lawyer can't make much sense of the contract with the program as explained to us on each of the conversations I have had with the people at *** *** *** on Nov14, and January 11, The sales sheet does not reflect the contract much at all When talking to MrsB*** she seemed to believe that *** *** *** would work with me She let me know that she called *** *** *** to get this matter solved *** *** *** did contact me on May 17, and they told me that what they got from RCI was that I wanted to cancel my membership and that I wouldn't get any refund. That is not my position at all I want a refund because the terms of conditions outlined in the sales pitch are not at all outlined in the contract at all The money was not outlined in the contract for example They talked about a $dollar fee every other year If we didn't go to their resort then we would get everything back other then $65, which is a maintenance fee If we did go to their property then we wouldn't get anything back That is not outlined at all in the contract In the contract they told us that we could go to other hotels around the world for a week with a fee of $99-$depending on the size of the room That is not outlined in the contract eitherIn the contract there is a fee of $starting on the second year of the contract This fee is supposedly for years but again that is not outlined in the contract This increases the vacation club another $ We were not aware of these fees which increases the total program by over 40% We bought the program for $They also told us there would be annuity part of the bulk of the payment $and we would get the money back after years The annuity part was a lie because the bank they use does not do any annuities under $10, I know this because I talked to the bank several times about it Reading RCI response to me is perplexing because I am a member with them through *** *** *** How could RCI not be culpable when I am only a member with them because of *** *** ***?
