• Installed floor March
• Kim Contacted April 13th to confirm a date to look at my floor due to it not lying flat
• April 17th, Steve and Ryan re-glued some areas and put a few new panels
• Did not have time to finish and would return after vacation
• Steve returned 5/18; informed him when he left, I was not happy overall with how the floor laid
• Floor is not smooth and even, raised in areas
• You can press down and see it go down then pops up, almost like glue not sticking
• Kim Called Dave week of July 10th, left v/m’s informing him floor is worse, more areas are not lying flat
• July 18th, Kim sent Dave a text informing him I left v/m’s, no reply
• Follcall again by Rick, he answered and informed Rick he would call me to schedule
• Kim sent Text to Dave July 24th inquiring about a date for him to look at floor
• Received a return call and scheduled for August 14th
• Dave met Steve at my house and Steve agreed the floor should lay more flat
