hello , I'm sorry to hear that there has been a complaint about our businesswe pride ourselves on customer service, that's why we have been around for yearsas to the complaint at hand , Mrs [redacted] called for a estimate , not a quote I gave her a estimate on the phone between $ and $we never quote a brake job price because of all of the variables that can occur on that type of jobwe literally give estimates on dozens of jobs every day , so to remember each one is impossible as far as the gender of MRS[redacted] , we treat every customer with dignity and respect we value every customer that walks thru our doors so to answer your complaint , I don't think we were in the wrong on a job that was performed perfectly our work has a lifetime warranty on it.THANK YOU [redacted]
