I am rejecting this response because:
I, Mr***, called for pricing for a brake job on a very specific vehicle (Escape, front pads and rotors), and the person that provided the pricing was very confident when he stated $220-$240, therefore I'm not sure of what "variables" to which Patterson is referringThe itemized receipt states pricing for rotors, pads, and laborA fifty percent higher price is unacceptable, given that there were no unknown costs

hello , I'm sorry to hear that there has been a complaint about our business. we pride ourselves on customer service, that's why we have been around for 39 years. as to the complaint at hand , Mrs. [redacted] called for a estimate , not a quote . I gave her a estimate on the phone between $220.00...

and $250.00 . we never quote a brake job price because of all of the variables that can occur on that type of job. we literally give estimates on dozens of jobs every day , so to remember each one is impossible . as far as the gender of MRS.[redacted] , we treat every customer with dignity and respect . we value every customer that walks thru our doors  .  so to answer your complaint , I don't think we were in the wrong on a job that was performed perfectly . our work has a lifetime warranty on it.THANK YOU [redacted]
