Patt Dental Care

Patient walked  in to our office few months back  and was advised to see an Oral surgeon for Pulling out  her tooth .She was on a program, there were no  Oral surgeon in town, who would take her insurance.  We refered her to Oral surgeon  in different city( thru her...

insurance)who  used to take her insurance.  But we did not know he stopped taking her insurance. We went on  summer Vacation and May be  she reached our Emergency call service (Any time we take vacation , the office have  another doctor who advises you if you have any emergency).  you call the office and leave a message and then Assistant can respond  followed by Doctor, if needed.  she left only one message. when we tried reaching her, her Primary contact No (on file) was not in service and Secondary had message box full. we tried reaching her few times but could not.  
we sent the fax to her other Oral surgeon 3 times before her appt day, on the day and  the 3rd one was sent in front of her when she walked in again.Each time we sent fax we tried to reach her but we could not because of her phone issues. we have noted each time we sent a fax to her Oral surgeon. she was upset because her Medical doctor as well we refused to give her the Meds she was looking for.  she passed a Racial comment too while she was there in our office. 
 We tried our best to help her.
