Review: Work was completed on a flat roof on our home, 06-02-2010 and all work was guaranteed, 5 years against defect: water leakage. The cost was $800.00. On August 13, 2014 [redacted] of [redacted]'s roofing & Repair came to look over the work and the water leak that is on the ceiling of our family room, caused by the flat roof. He said it would cost $300.00 to repair and I stated there was a five year guarantee on his work completed in 2010. His response was he would caulk the roof and he then walked away from me. I indicated we needed to talk further and he said he had another job he needed to get to immediately. His parting remark was: I will have someone come to caulk the seams. There has been no response from the companyDesired Settlement: Repair the roof leak and fix the ceiling in our family room.
