hour, our technicians use a pricing guide to charge by the job.  She was adequately charged for the work performed.  The customer signed the invoice a second time when the work was complete, stating it was done satisfactorily.  The invoice was signed twice and initialed three times.  We have refunded the cost of the membership in the amount of $99.50 for customer satisfaction purposes.  At no time did Pat’s Plumbing, Inc or its employees do wrong.  All policies were followed and the customer benefited from multiple discounts.
