I feel that this complaint was filed because in her opinion I did not respond quick enough to her call.  I did go out to her home and saw that her compressor was bad and locked up.  I contacted her insurance company immediately to let them know what was the problem and that I could not fix...

This service call was through a home warranty insurance.  I went to her house and ordered the parts needed.  (I still even have the parts which were ordered for her.) She cancelled my service and went back to her warranty insurance for another service agent.  She is not out any...

additional money and I did not take any unnecessary funds.
