[redacted] hired Patrol One to enforce their parking rules and regulations in January of 2016. One of those rules is that any vehicle parked onsite between the hours of midnight and 6:00AM must either have a plate permit (based upon the license plate number) or be...
safelisted. Each address is allowed 20 safelist days within a 90-day period. I must assume that the vehicle you are speaking of is a [redacted] due to the complaint you had already filed with onsite Management. This vehicle received warning citations on 04/26/16 & 05/18/16 letting you know the vehicle was parked in violation. This vehicle is registered to the property, although it is NOT allowed to be parked outside of the garage/carport unless the vehicle is safelisted. No contract is needed with you personally, since you reside on a property that has control over the common area (known as the association). The association hired Patrol One and we do have a contract with them to enforce their parking rules. All of our incoming phone calls are recorded and I would be more than happy to provide those phone calls to the Revdex.com to show that our staff was not rude to you, although you were extremely rude to our staff. No reimbursement will be granted on our end because the vehicle was cited/towed in accordance with the parking rules and regulations that we were hired to enforce. I’m sorry to hear that my responses have not been satisfactory to you!
As I have previously stated, your complaints on the Property Management Company ([redacted]) or the Board of Directors for [redacted] should be taken up with them directly, not Patrol One.
Patrol One has been under contract with [redacted] for over 22 years and will continue to enforce according to that contract.

As a resident of the property, you should be well aware of your parking rules and regulations. This association has a parking rule which states that there is no storing of vehicles parked on-site and if a vehicle is parked on-site more than 96-hours (4-days) without moving, then it can be towed at...
the vehicle owner’s expense. This vehicle was issued a warning citation on 04/26/17 at 0142 hrs and was towed on 04/30/17 at 0154 hrs, which IS in compliance with the associations parking rules and regulations. You are correct; I do see that this vehicle was issued a permit to be parked in the common area, although that permit does NOT exempt you from any of the other parking rules. Our owner is available for phone calls if we somehow failed or made an error. In this particular situation, you wanted to “Vent” and complain about your parking rules and regulations, which we have no control over. Should you want to discuss these parking rules and regulations with someone, you can take that up with the association in which you live.California Vehicle Code 22658 is complicated, which is why we have spent tens of thousands of dollars to ensure we are in complete compliance. You can easily avoid this vehicle from getting towed in the future for being stored. All you have to do is move the vehicle every 2-3 days, which will prevent it from being towed for this violation.Patrol One will not reimburse you your tow fees, since the vehicle was not moved within 96-hours from the original citation, which is against your associations parking rules and regulations.Regards,[redacted]Director of OperationsPatrol One
[redacted], Based upon the address you provided above, it would appear as though you live in [redacted] Altura Homeowners Association utilizes our SBA (Safelisting by Address) program, which allows each address a total of 18 safelist days within a 60-day window. Under...
this program, each address is issued a unique “Activation Code”, which is generated and issued through the Community Manager. Patrol One staff and employees have no access to these codes, cannot issue them, and are unable to safelist any vehicle for this community without that code. It appears as though your complaint really should’ve been directed to Professional Community Management since you have made previous attempts to contact the Community Manager ([redacted]) without any luck. Her direct phone number is [redacted] and she can also be reached via email at [redacted] Please know that Patrol One and its employees are more than happy to safelist any vehicle which needs to be safelisted, although we cannot do so without having that address specific “Activation Code”. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
