We addressed this complaint many years ago. The problem was that the customer used a shipping address and phone number that was not known to their credit card company because they had moved. If I recall correctly, they also used an old or alternate phone number that was not their regular
number.The credit card AVS response flagged this as a possible fraudulent order and we were instructed not to ship the order. We tried to contact the customer unsuccessfully.Eventually the customer contacted us and explained the situation at which point their order was shipped.Sincerely,*** ***

This person has no clue as to what they are talking about. This did not happen years ago. This happened just a couple months ago. If this business had any desire to easily correct this issue they would have called me and fixed it instantly. It's not a hard issue to fix. Send me what I ordered instead of the crap they wrongfully sent. Evidently this is a fly by night, run it from your home garage business. I recommend anyone looking to do business with this company to not waste their time and money. They don't return messages, they don't answer their phone, and they put out lame responses to clear their hits with the Revdex.com
