Poor communication about the services being provided. The services were not complete or offered to be corrected at the original estimated price. For example, an acid-wash was requested on a pebbletec pool. Upon review of the procedure, it was determined that a power-wash was done and not an acid wash. The price charged to the customer was for an acid-wash. The employee jumped over the residence wall instead of knocking or ringing the door bell. The employee also complained about the work while performing his duties. Charged for a light repair that still does not work. Filter was not cleaned properly. Another company had to come and correct all of the mistakes. Overall, a very negative experience.
