Review: I ordered a cross for my fiance's baptism celebration as a gift for him. I ordered the cross on 6/** and it is now 7/** and I haven't received the merchandise. I also have made several attempts over several days to contact the company via phone call, voicemail, email, and texting (as the website indicated) and haven't had any response from the company. My Fiance didn't receive his cross on his special day because of the failure to ship the item.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the cross at no charge to me because of the hassle this has caused me along with the fact that he didn't receive his gift on his special day.

Review: I ordered a St James Necklace for my son for his Confirmation and requested and paid for overnight shipping. I ordered it on 4/**/15, the company didn't ship it until 5/*/15 and I received it on 5/*/15 by [redacted]. They company did not return numerous phone calls made by me to them both before it was shipped and after. Needless to say my son did not get his gift on his special day.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the express shipping charges and also have it noted that the company is very unresponsive to customers so that no one else has to go through the same trouble as I did.
